THE PRINCIPE
PRODUCTION CHAIN

1. BREEDING

Selected breeders in order to ensure the highest standards of animal welfare for the pigs we use for production.

2. LEGS INSPECTION
& FILTERING

The fresh legs are individually inspected and carefully selected before being salted and aged. Our standards are meticulous, over 20% of the raw materials are rejected!

3. QUALITY
CERTIFIED PROCESS

To obtain an excellent product we use the most advanced technologies and artisan traditions, combined with the fundamental support of our skilled ham masters.

4. SLICING

Our ten slicing lines use the highest hygienic standards, and are up to CLASS 100, which means 140 times cleaner than a hospital surgical room.

5. FINAL PRODUCT

The result is a top quality, safe and appetizing product!
