In 2015 Principe America LLC was founded and in 2018 opened its first slicing plant in the NY area to offer the American consumers a unique line of pre-sliced imported and domestic salami, hams and unique specialty items.
The new domestic Principe line is the perfect complement to the imported selection of Italian made Prosciutto di San Daniele, Prosciutto di Parma and regional specialty products, available also in deli and pre-sliced format.
